Those that may need to know your information may involve employees and board members of our company, college counselors, and administrators and leaders from the Federal Trio Programs (Talent Search, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, etc.). If you would like to opt-out of us sharing your information with any member from a Federal Trio Program or college counselors, you have the right to opt-out of that use and disclosure beforehand. Your right to opt-out shall be governed by the Choice/Opt-Out Section below.

We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is or may be used to help identify you, to track activity within our website and to gather broad demographic information. Our Web server will collect IP information.

You also have the ability to submit college transcripts (address, name, guardian’s name), college acceptance letters (name, address, email), financial information (income, scholarship distribution) and demographic information (such as age, income level) in the form of electronic documents. The user’s contact information collected through the contact form and by way of email is used to contact the user when necessary. Users may opt-out of how the information they submit may be used.

Additionally, we store user data and information on Google drives and servers. Some of the information we maintain includes user applicants that are scholarship winners.
